Advance Services:

Permanent Connection of Branch or Home Offices

A secure way to interconnect computers at multiple locations is to use a site-to-site VPN tunnel. VPN is an acronym for Virtual Private Network and refers to data connections, so-called tunnels, for which there is no risk of eavesdropping. Various encryption algorithms may be employed, but not all of them are recommendable, as some of them can no longer provide the required protection. For such connections, you are not limited to specific hardware. Nowadays, virtually every firewall product provides the option to configure these VPN connections. Maybe you can even use your own existing systems.

Secure Connection of Mobile Devices

Another way to establish secure communication between an external computer and your corporate network is to use dial-up VPN connections. A dial-up VPN connection is not permanent, i.e. it will only be established on demand. This connection type is based on the IPsec protocol and, increasingly, on the SSL protocol. A software client needs to be installed on the mobile device which is supposed to connect to the network. This client encrypts the data on the device. As an alternative, SSL VPN connections are increasingly gaining ground. Since they do not require a client, this approach makes it easier to establish connections with partners and service providers.

Network Protection Using a Firewall

A firewall is software which protects your network against attacks from outside. A firewall is also referred to as a security gateway. A gateway or router enables data connections between networks and thus forms corresponding logical boundaries within your network. The word “security” indicates that this device has features that help you protect your network. In this case, protection means safeguarding your network against attacks from outside. Usually, a firewall is a combined hardware / software solution from a single vendor.

Analyzing Data Traffic for Attacks

Such an analysis is a high-level protection feature in your network; it is also called Intrusion Detection System (IDS). By analyzing the incoming data traffic and detecting undesired traffic, the IDS is capable of detecting attempted intrusions into your network. Most modern firewall devices include IDS functionality. If desired, these systems may be even integrated directly into your internal network and analyze the entire internal data traffic.

Providing Centralized Access to the Internet

A proxy server allows you to bundle the access to the network by using a central system. This means that your computer does not connect directly to the Internet, but uses the proxy server for this purpose. A proxy acts as an intermediary, i.e. it links up to the Internet and establishes a connection to the web servers on behalf of the computer. The advantage is that there is no need to configure the Internet connectivity settings individually at each computer. What is more, data traffic from the Internet can be checked for viruses before the data is routed into your network.

A reserve proxy exactly does the opposite, i.e. it allows external web servers to connect to your network. This is particularly helpful for Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, enabling connections between mobile devices and the corporate network via a defined, central access point.

Network Switches are the Basis of Every Network

Each and every network requires network switches. Their purpose is to link your network devices with each other and distribute the data packets, enabling communication between your computers. Otherwise, no workstation could access a server or surf the Internet. The use of suitable network switches is crucial for a powerful and efficient network. If the switch does not have enough throughput or does not provide the required ports, your network will quickly suffer from a bottleneck

Structured Cabling

Voice | Data | Network

Best Structured cabling system provides the critical foundation for your business. The caliber and performance of your Information Systems and the networks they run on, can mean the difference between success and failure in today’s competitive business environment. Our structured cabling systems provide outstanding performance, reliability, manageability, and a potential for growth.

We provide complete solutions for buildings structured cabling. It consists of all the necessary elements for copper and fiber wiring for the IP connection of all the equipment designed to be connected to the multiservice network connection Center.

Fiber Optic Cabling

Fiber optic is a type of transmission technology that delivers data and information through the use of optical fibers. The transmission of light signals and electrical signals is made possible by fiber optic cables. These signals can travel long distances, transmitting data all along the way. Fiber cable bundles may be composed of single-mode fibers or multi-mode fibers, which transmit different kinds of infrared light.

Over recent years there have been a number of developments in fiber optic cables and connectivity. Now we must consider the applications that are to run over the cabling, the distance that they are to be transmitted, the environment that the cables are to run through and the equipment that they are to interface with. In designing the optimum solution to meet your requirements ARNSEC will consider all of these factors before proposing a specification that will exceed both your performance and fiscal demands.

We provide assessment, design, and consulting services around fiber optic cabling, because the technology continues to shift and advance, and we will work with you to determine if fiber optic cabling is right for you.

ARNSEC Fiber optic cabling installation portfolio includes:

  • Multimode cables (OM1, OM2 and OM3)
